I am passionate about things being done properly and fairly.  Loyalty, competence performed with a good attitude, and sense of confidence and humor are to be rewarded and aspired to.  Incompetence, sharp practices, lying, deception, excuse making and bad attitudes are either to be exposed, not to be tolerated, or even sanctioned as appropriate.
