I have handled maritime casualties, plane crashes, simple vehicle claims, wrongful death cases, coverage and bad faith cases, large property loss cases, legal, medical, real estate, engineer and broker professional liability cases. I have appeared repeatedly before almost every sitting and most living and many deceased or retired judges in the Alaska state and federal court systems.
If you were to give me a new file and a week, I would gladly take it to trial two weeks later. There are few if any aspects of litigating a civil case in Alaska that I have not seen and would not like to see again.
